Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people and organizational initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and leadership positions.
Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
Lead organizational development and leadership capability initiatives. .
Strengthen employee engagement, culture and overall employee experience.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll governance, personnel administration, employee relations, benefits and compliance with Turkish Labor Law.
Manage agencies and HR service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes and governance standards.
Utilize HR metrics and people analytics to support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and best practices.
Gereklilikler
Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including managerial responsibilities.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, talent management and organizational development.
Solid understanding of Turkish Labor Law, personnel administration and payroll processes.
Experience managing external agencies and HR vendors.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English.
